What are the functions of luxury restaurants and cafés in our lives? To introduce us to an experience addressing all the feelings we have. The texture, taste, and smell of the meal we eat; the angle of the chair we sit on; the work of art hanging on the wall; a material used in a bar… All these elements are connected to one another. There is a sense that we feel after leaving that place. A positive sense makes us want to go there again, or a negative one keeps us away. This is one of the aspects that create a group of loyal customers. An ability to deliver an experience that triggers all the senses of these customers.
We, as YOO Architecture, have brought many F&B design projects to guests at different points throughout the world. For each of these places, we have blended customers' insights and strategies with our imagination and rational needs. We are competent in luxury cafe design, luxury restaurant fit-out, and luxury restaurant design. For example, in the project Flower Latte, we have offered a chance to travel through time to those visiting that place. And in Angie Bebek, the guests feel the comfort of a hall in the house of one of their friends. Just like they are invited to a home party…
The origin of our design was sometimes the lights of a theatre stage, just like in the bar interior design of the Salon Angie project. We achieved to make the guests feel alone on a deserted island, just like in the high-end beach restaurant project of D Maris Kitchen. This is because we believe that each project starts with a concept.
Another critical aspect, in addition to the concept, is the user experience, closely related to the respective business strategy in luxury restaurant design. Do we want the guests to enjoy the gastronomic tastes while feeling part of nature, like in Manos? Do we want them to feel that they are in a steakhouse powered by local flavours without compromising on elegance and delicacy like in Nusr-Et Istinyepark and Nusr-Et Yalıkavak? Or our guests to look for an eyeful and classic ambience? Then it is high time to list the works we are proud of, such as Al Hallab, Life with Cacao and Cafe di Dolce.
One could say that luxury restaurant fit-out or bar design is like designing a theatre. Small details such as the amount and angle of the light in front of the stage are vital. However, there is also a back of the stage. There are some sensitive aspects in a high-end restaurant design and restaurant fit-out, such as the kitchen construction in a way that makes it possible to prepare the orders quickly and the selection of such materials to avoid potential accidents in the kitchen, which requires comprehensive know-how obtained through a great experience in this area.
Therefore, during the preparation of high-end restaurant design and high-end restaurant fit-out project, we make great efforts to ensure that the guests feel well, enjoy the time together and share the moment. And we trust logic when doing it.
